Intention:
Come together in community to welcome the fall season and new moon, both of which are an opportunity to harvest the benefits from what we have cultivated, reflect inwardly, and let go in order to create space for what is to come. It is a time to be present and enjoy the process of change and creative transformation as we enter into a different phase of the year.
Where:
The Zen Barn at the White Lotus Eco Spa Retreat

🍁 Guided Elemental Meditation: Connect to the forces of earth, fire, water, and air through visualization and physical awareness of the body
🗣️ ❤️ Authentic Relating for Conscious Connections: engage in interpersonal activities and exercises in an intentional way for optimizing uncovering what is most true to each individual and learn tapping into the present moment can create the opportunity to build deeper connections
